Girls Under Glass are a band from Hamburg / Germany merging elements from gothic rock, wave, synth pop, industrial, dark ambience, and metal (did I forget something?) in their music. Not taking care for genre boundaries, they create songs that won't go out of one's mind. Sometimes quiet and melancholic, but more often up-tempo and highly-energetic, Girls Under Glass' own style took a long but continuous development from the beginning in 1986 until now. Girls Under Glass are: Volker Zacharias, Axel Ermes, Hauke Harms, and various guest musicians.
